Q: Why isn't my blockchain syncing?

A: Your phone may be having network errors. Make sure you have a solid Wi-Fi/Cellular connection; disconnect and reconnect. Make sure you have the latest update installed, close the app, and open it back up. Go to settings, and select "Sync Blockchain" under "Manage".
